Our Warranty Policy

 Coverage: We offer a comprehensive warranty on all our original iPhone parts and accessories. This covers manufacturing defects and issues related to product quality.

 Warranty Period: Most of our products come with a 2-years warranty from the date of purchase. Please check product-specific details.

 What’s Included: Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship. However, it does not cover damages due to improper use, modifications, or wear and tear.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

1.  Contact Us: Reach out to our Warranty Department via email at sales@amdetech.com. Please include your order number, product details, and a brief description of the issue.
2.  Evaluation: Our team will assess your claim within 5 business days and provide you with the next steps.
3.  Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to return the item.
4.  Replacement or Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll either send a replacement or process a refund, depending on your preference.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
